Place Polonaise
Polish Cultural & Entertainment Center
Place Polonaise became one of the Polish Alliance of Canada’s most ambitious and symbolic projects. The centre quickly became an important gathering place for cultural celebrations, educational events and national commemorations. It served as a proud symbol of Polish heritage and achievement in Canada. Despite its great success and significance, rising maintenance costs and financial difficulties, led to its decline and eventual sale during the PAC’s centennial year. Nevertheless, Place Polonaise remains an enduring symbol of the vision, dedication, and volunteer spirit of generations of Polish-Canadians.

PAC Travel Agency
Connecting Polish-Canadians to Their Homeland
The Polish Alliance of Canada’s Excursion Committee, founded in 1959, initially organized small trips to Poland but became highly successful after Branch 2 in Hamilton expanded its operations. By the 1960s and 1970s, it coordinated chartered flights, sightseeing tours, and group trips for thousands of Polish-Canadians, eventually forming the official travel agency PAC Travel and Tours Ltd.

Serving the Polish community since 1933
The Alliancer - "Związkowiec", established by the Polish Alliance of Canada in 1933, began as a monthly 16-page newspaper and gradually grew into a weekly publication despite early technical and financial challenges.
